Production Assistant | Creative Technology Agency

Central London

Hybrid working

Salary circa £35,000

We are partnering with a world-class creative technology agency based in the Greenwich Design District. They sit at the intersection of design, innovation, and technical delivery, creating bespoke, immersive experiences for global brands, museums, and workspace environments.

What’s Different About This Role?

This isn’t your standard entry-level admin position. You will be the "engine room" of a high-octane production team, sitting right at the heart of project delivery. You’ll be supporting Senior Producers on high-stakes projects—think global innovation centres and interactive museum installations—while taking direct ownership of smaller support contracts. It’s a role that offers a unique blend of creative studio operations, technical coordination, and commercial project management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Exceptional Organisation: You have a natural ability to create order out of chaos and a keen eye for the smallest details.
  • Proactivity: You are someone who anticipates needs and doesn't wait to be asked twice; you’re always two steps ahead.
  • Communication Skills: You can take structured, clear meeting minutes and feel confident liaising with creative, technical, and build teams alike.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to master project tools like Monday.com and Xero.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Support: Build feedback trackers, monitor deliverables, and manage project tasks to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Financial Coordination: Support the team with budget tracking, PO management, and cost reporting.
  • Technical Maintenance: Manage Master Support Agreements (MSAs), schedule maintenance visits for engineers, and oversee software licence renewals.
  • Studio Logistics: Organise travel and accommodation for project teams and welcome high-profile clients to the studio’s bespoke innovation lounge.
  • Documentation: Maintain clean, logical digital folders and ensure document version control is strictly managed.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • The Environment: Work in a stunning, modern studio in South East London surrounded by cutting-edge emerging technology.
  • The Variety: No two days are the same—one day you’re coordinating a museum build, the next you’re hosting a breakthrough session in an innovation lounge.
  • Growth Path: This is a career-defining stepping stone designed to help you grow into a full Project Manager or Producer role.
  • The Perks: 25 days holiday, a friendly and inclusive team, and a lively, fast-paced culture.

The Ideal Fit:

The ideal candidate is a process-driven individual who loves "how things work." Whether you are a recent graduate with a passion for creative tech or an experienced administrator looking to move into the agency world, you are someone who takes pride in being the reliable backbone of a successful team.
