We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong exhibitions background to join an established, internationally active creative agency, delivering exceptional exhibition stands and brand experiences for clients across the UK and worldwide.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of technically complex exhibition projects, work alongside talented creative and digital teams, and collaborate with experienced account leaders, specialist suppliers and international project teams.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale exhibition projects from initial costing and planning through to build, installation and on-site delivery.

Working closely with Account Directors, designers, project managers and external contractors, you’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility, commercial performance, budgets and timelines.

From bespoke exhibition stands to complex, multi-tier builds incorporating digital technology and interactive elements, you’ll help turn ambitious concepts into outstanding physical experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading the planning and delivery of complex exhibition projects in the UK and internationally.
• Managing technical requirements, production schedules, budgets, costings and project timelines.
• Obtaining and evaluating supplier and contractor quotations for pitches and live projects.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive costs and protect project margins.
• Working alongside Account Directors to maintain clear client communication and provide regular updates on costs, progress and timelines.
• Coordinating project managers, contractors, freelancers and specialist suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency throughout delivery.
• Supporting creative and digital teams to develop practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Overseeing on-site installation and delivery, resolving challenges calmly and proactively.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and expanding contractor networks where opportunities arise.
• Collaborating with international teams across different markets and regions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’d love to hear from candidates with:

• Substantial experience delivering exhibition projects within an exhibition, experiential, events or live brand experience agency.
• A proven track record of delivering exhibition stands ranging from approximately 200 to 2,000 sqm.
• Experience managing technically complex, single- and double-deck exhibition builds.
• Strong technical knowledge of exhibition construction, production processes, installation and on-site delivery.
• Experience delivering projects in the UK and internationally.
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control, supplier negotiation and margin protection.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, contractors and project teams.
• An understanding of exhibition technology, including digital integration, interactive systems, connectivity and smart devices.
• A solutions-focused mindset, excellent organisation and the ability to keep projects moving when challenges arise.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a collaborative, can-do approach.

Experience working with international suppliers and contractors, and proficiency in project management and budgeting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Paprika or equivalent systems, would be advantageous.
