Role: Senior 3D Designer

Salary: Circa £55k

Focus: Large-scale exhibitions and live events

Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior 3D Designer with a strong background in large-scale exhibition and event design. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of experiential and immersive environments, using technology and storytelling to enhance the physical experience—not just presenting visuals, but creating meaningful journeys that bring products and brands to life.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in 3D design for exhibitions, live events, or experiential environments
• Strong storytelling approach to spatial design and customer journey mapping
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max (knowledge of Unreal Engine and motion work a plus)
• Ability to translate hand-drawn concepts into compelling 3D visualisations
• Confident collaborating in client meetings and working to fast turnarounds
• Team player able to work closely with Creative Director, Lead Creative, Graphics Lead (2D), and Visualiser (conceptual)
