What You’ll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you are the meticulous engine behind high-impact campaigns and experiences, providing hands-on support across the production process.

  • Event Logistics: Manage research and procurement for giveaways and SWAG, and coordinate the sourcing and production of print materials.
  • Administrative Backbone: Create and maintain project schedules, meeting notes, and timelines. Handle essential admin like credit card reconciliations and supplier coordination.
  • Creative Support: Draft speaker briefing documents, assist with the development of creative briefs for design and video assets, and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions.
  • Financial Control: Monitor budgets and provide updates to Producers, ensuring financial accuracy.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Location: Fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
  • Development: Comprehensive on-the-job training, tailored development plans, and a defined career pathing program.
  • Wellbeing: Excellent benefits focused on health and happiness, including private healthcare, a dedicated mental wellbeing service, and discounted spa breaks.

The Ideal Fit:

This position would suit a talented Project Coordinator or a high-potential graduate with some prior professional exposure who thrives on variety and wants to blend creative ambition with meticulous hands-on management. You are eager to work on global, multinational initiatives and build trusted client relationships from day one.
