Lead the Global Tech Stage with a Premier Events Powerhouse

Location: Kent Hybrid - 2 Days a week in the office

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

What’s Different About This Role? This is high-stakes, end-to-end project management for some of the world’s most innovative technology giants. You won't be a small cog in a large machine; you will join a tight-knit, elite events team of nine, acting as the strategic lead on projects ranging from £100k to £800k+. While you’ll have the support of a dedicated Account Manager for client relations and Project Coordinators for the heavy lifting, you are the technical architect of the event. From "ideation" with our in-house Design Studio to global execution, this role offers true ownership and the chance to travel internationally roughly once a month.

What You’ll Bring:

• The Agency Pedigree: You must have 5–8 years of experience within a fast-paced events agency. You understand the "agency hustle," the jargon, and the high-pressure environment of live tech events.
• Technical & Strategic Mastery: You are a master of RAMS and have a deep knowledge of technical production for exhibitions and conferences.
• Software Savvy: You are proficient in SharePoint and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Procim for budget management is a massive advantage.
• The Professional Edge: You possess the "calm in the storm" leadership required to command a room of 5,000 attendees and the critical thinking skills to solve problems before the client even notices them.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of diverse events—from immersive tech conferences to large-scale international exhibitions.
• Financial Mastery: Take full accountability for budgets up to £800k, utilizing Procim to ensure flawless financial reconciliation and profitability.
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our internal Design Studio to push creative boundaries and realize complex set and stage designs.
• Supplier Negotiation: Use your commercial acumen to negotiate with global suppliers, ensuring excellence and sustainability are at the heart of every partnership.
• Pitch Support: Contribute your technical expertise to new business pitches, working alongside the Client Services team to win world-class accounts.
