What You’ll Do

• Lead Delivery: Own project lifecycles from brief to execution, managing complex timelines, specialist suppliers, and on-site delivery.
• Enable Creativity: Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to turn ambitious concepts into safe, technically feasible realities.
• Client Leadership: Act as a trusted voice in pitch and client meetings, managing senior stakeholders and expectations seamlessly.
• Drive Excellence: Elevate production standards, optimize processes, and champion sustainable, innovative delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Agency Pedigree: Proven track record in high-end brand experiences or live events. Experience with major footprint builds or premier global festivals (e.g. Cannes Lions) is highly desirable.
• Financial Oversight: Commercial sharpness with proven experience managing project budgets up to £1m and driving margin targets.
• High-Pressure Calm: A solutions-first approach and a steady hand during complex on-site production.
• Versatility: Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining hands-on with logistics, builds, and resourcing.
