What You’ll Bring:

You'll be a proactive, highly organised, and enthusiastic recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Events Management or a related field. While extensive experience isn't required, any prior exposure to events through internships, volunteering, or university projects will be a plus. Your eagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:

As our Project Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our event delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administration: Maintaining accurate event documentation, databases, and schedules.
• Research: Assisting with venue sourcing, supplier research, and industry trends.
• Logistics Support: Helping with travel arrangements, material preparation, and on-site support where needed.
• Communications: Assisting with attendee communications and data management.
