Senior Creative 3D Designer

Architect the Unreal – Transform Global Brands into Immersive Worlds

Location: South London – 4 days per week in office

Salary: Circa £50,000

What’s Different About This Role? This is a high-impact creative seat within one of London's fastest-growing independent experience agencies. Reporting to the Creative Director, you won't just be "modelling stands"—you will be a storyteller in space. You will have the autonomy to lead the creative visualisation of event environments that bring brand messages to life across the sensory and immersive spectrum. This agency operates with a "people-before-profit" ethos, meaning you are joining a culture that celebrates individuality and pushes creative boundaries without compromising on performance or support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • The Agency Pedigree: Proven experience as a 3D Designer specifically within an events, exhibitions, or experiential agency.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp) and live rendering engines (Twinmotion, Unreal, V-Ray). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is essential.
  • Spatial Storytelling: A portfolio that showcases "experience environments"—from massive plenaries and brand activations to pop-up retail and roadshows.
  • Commercial Curiosity: An understanding of how to balance ambitious "dream" concepts with production feasibility and budget parameters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Concept Experimentation: Interpret briefs to develop standout spatial concepts using sketches, low-res modelling, and AI-generated studies.
  • 3D Visualisation: Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs, mapping the visitor journey to ensure the "Attract, Immerse, Engage" strategy is felt in every corner.
  • Technical Rigour: Produce GA (General Arrangement) drawing packages to support accurate production costing.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with technical production teams and mentor junior colleagues to ensure visual consistency and creative excellence.
  • Sustainability Champion: Lead the way in materiality and modularity, ensuring designs meet modern sustainability goals.

Why You’ll Love It: You’ll be based in a modern, fun office in South London where the culture is genuinely collaborative—expect everything from weekend baking efforts to early-finish Fridays on paydays. We believe in rewarding the "storytellers" who build our worlds, which is why we offer a generous 27 days of holiday (increasing with service) plus your birthday off. You can stay sharp with a fitness membership, a range of company discounts, and the peace of mind of private healthcare after your first year.

From weekly office drinks and team away days to annual company offsites, we lean into our "people-before-profit" ethos. This agency invests heavily in structured learning and development, ensuring that as the business grows, you do too. It’s a welcoming environment for everyone, from seasoned pros to working parents, focusing on helping you realise your true potential through a balanced work-life approach and a standard pension plan.

The Ideal Fit: A self-motivated, curious designer who thrives when moving out of their comfort zone. You are a true team player who leads by example, welcomes feedback, and operates at an exceptional level of delivery. Ready to design the future of live experience?
