I am currently recruiting for a standout Account Executive role with a brilliant, boutique agency based in the Midlands.

This agency is known for its personal touch and high-quality creative output. They are looking for an ambitious agency professional who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative environment and wants to be a key player in a growing team.

The Essentials:

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE).
• Flexibility: 1 day per week in the Midlands office; 4 days remote.
• Culture: High-impact, agile, and supportive with a true "partnership" feel.
• Focus: Managing diverse client projects, bridging the gap between client briefs and creative execution.

What we are looking for:

• Agency Background: At least 1-2 years of experience within a marketing or creative agency.
