🎯 The Role:

As the Account Director, you will be the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative event solutions from concept through to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Client Management: Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Event Leadership: Overseeing the strategic direction and successful delivery of large-scale, complex events (including virtual, hybrid, and live experiences).
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution that exceeds client expectations.
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably.

🔑 About You:

• Proven experience as an Account Director (or Senior Account Manager ready for the step up) within the events, creative agency, or production sector.
• A strong understanding of creative event production processes and logistics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially astute mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure.

💰 The Offer:

• Salary: Competitive, up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
