What You’ll Bring:

You are an expert in leveraging communications as a catalyst for successful change.

  • Change Management Expertise: Extensive experience and deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, and proven expertise in consulting and leading change transitions within large, complex organizations.
  • Strategic Campaigning: Demonstrated portfolio of campaigns you have curated and executed across multi-country settings, navigating cultural, political, and practical challenges.
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent budget management skills from initial build through to effective tracking and control.
  • Relationship Building: Comfort working with senior management and the ability to build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal clients.
  • Copywriting: Strong, versatile copywriting and marketing skills are essential for this position.

What You’ll Do:

You will lead strategic change efforts from conceptualization through delivery, ensuring seamless adoption of essential changes.

  • Strategy & Planning: Craft and implement comprehensive change management communication strategies and plans.
  • Content Leadership: Develop content and manage creative execution across studio teams (graphic design, video, digital, copy) to ensure a consistent and impactful message.
  • Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of change by conducting impact analyses, assessing readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Campaign Design: Design targeted campaigns, with an emphasis on performance metrics to inform recommendations for future programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee project planning, client relations, and ensure comprehensive understanding of cross-functional interdependencies within agile methodologies.
