Project Manager | Boutique Creative Agency | Hampshire
Location: Hampshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (up to £45,000 for an exceptional candidate)
Project Scale: £10k – £1.2M+
Are you an event professional who loves the "end-to-end" journey of a project? Do you want the agility of a boutique agency but with the budget power of a global firm?
I am currently partnering with a brilliant Hampshire-based Creative Agency looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a role for someone who wants to own their projects, from the first spark of an idea to the final onsite execution.
The Role
This is a full-cycle event management position. You will be the day-to-day pulse of your projects, managing client communications and ensuring every detail is polished to perfection. While our Client Executives stay involved at a high level, the "engine room" of the project belongs to you.
-
Project Variety: You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, from nimble £10k activations to a flagship annual event with a budget of £1.2 million.
-
Tendering: You’ll have the option to get stuck into the creative tendering process if that’s your passion—or focus purely on delivery if you prefer.
-
Onsite Execution: You won't just be behind a desk; you’ll be on the ground, seeing your hard work come to life.
-
Growth: The agency provides dedicated budget training to help you master the commercial side of high-value events.
Who You Are
We are looking for a project-focused mind with a "can-do" attitude. Whether you are an experienced PM or a Junior PM ready to step up, we want to hear from you.
-
The Background: Ideally, you have agency experience. However, we are very open to client-side or corporate candidates who have managed events in-house and are looking to move into the agency world.
-
The Skillset: You are organized, commercially aware, and comfortable being the main point of contact for clients.
-
The Vibe: You thrive in a boutique environment where your voice is heard and your impact is visible.
What’s on Offer?
- A competitive salary of £32k - £40k (with flexibility up to £45k for someone truly exceptional).
- The chance to work in a creative, collaborative office environment in the heart of Hampshire.
- A clear path for progression and the support to manage some of the agency's largest flagship accounts.
