Project Coordinator | Creative Events Agency

Location: Hampshire (Office-Based, 5 days a week)

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + Discretionary Team Bonus

I am currently partnering with a brilliant, Hampshire-based creative events agency that is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their tight-knit team. This is a role where your energy and attitude matter more than a decade of experience. The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the "engine room" of the project team. Based in the office five days a week, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the delivery of high-impact, creative events from conception to completion. No two days will look the same, but you can expect to:

• Support the Project Managers in the seamless delivery of various event portfolios.
• Coordinate logistics, supplier communications, and project timelines.
• Maintain high standards of organization to ensure every creative detail is executed perfectly.
• Collaborate with a team that values "mucking in" and supporting one another in person every day.
