The successful candidate will be a creative leader, driving the visual development of monumental projects:

• Conceptualization & Design: Develop compelling, innovative, and functional 3D designs for large-scale exhibition stands, pavilions, and experiential environments, taking projects from initial sketch to final design.
• Visualization Mastery: Produce high-quality, photo-realistic renderings and walk-throughs to effectively communicate and sell design intent.
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate closely with production and project management teams to ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and meet all safety and structural requirements.
• Client Collaboration: Participate in high-stakes client presentations, articulating and defending design concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Trend Analysis: Maintain a cutting edge by staying ahead of the curve in materials, technologies, and exhibition design trends.

💡 What We Need You to Bring:

We are looking for a highly seasoned professional ready for an international challenge:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful large-scale exhibition, event, or architectural/retail display projects.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency is required in industry-standard software:
• 3ds Max / Cinema 4D / Maya (or equivalent high-end modeling software)
• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion (or similar rendering engines)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with CAD software ($e.g.$, AutoCAD) is a strong plus.
• Creative Excellence: Exceptional spatial awareness, a deep understanding of visitor flow, and an impeccable eye for detail in material selection and lighting.
• Communication: Fluent written and spoken English, coupled with strong presentation skills.
• Relocation Readiness: A genuine willingness and ability to relocate to the Middle East.
