What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: You should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in the events and communications space, demonstrating your project delivery skills.
• Core Skills: Proven ability in budget management, strong client engagement, and robust project management—balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Collaboration: Experience working within extended teams (full-time and freelance).
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt your communication style when interacting with client teams of different seniority levels across diverse cultures and time zones.

What You’ll Do:

This position acts as a Junior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator.

• Project Delivery: Manage your own smaller projects from concept to execution while supporting Producers on larger, complex programs.
• Content Execution: Deeply engage with the client's narrative, focusing on attention to detail across multiple touchpoints and mediums (print, web, video, etc.).
• Specialist Support: Apply your experience in areas such as live events, exhibitions, digital content (HTML/SharePoint), or 360 brand campaigns.
• Client Management: Work within client-focused teams, ensuring outstanding execution and customer service.
