What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 4 years of solid agency experience, with a proven track record of delivering diverse events such as conferences, roadshows, experiential activations, and award ceremonies.
• Advanced expertise in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex, and high-profile events across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• A strong commercial acumen and comfort with managing complex project budgets.
• Excellent communication skills, high emotional resilience, and the ability to adapt positively to rapid pace and change.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards, alongside meticulous attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of complex event projects—spanning B2B, B2C, and internal audiences—from initial brief to successful delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with internal creative specialists to scope and execute strategic, high-quality solutions.
• Build robust, trusting relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to pitch proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members by leading by example and supporting their professional development.
• Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
