Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 + Annual Bonus

We are looking for a strategic, high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our London-based team. This is a dedicated Client Services position focused entirely on the organic growth and sophisticated management of a world-class portfolio, including tech giants and financial leaders.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for a career-level SAM who is passionate about the craft of account management and client success. You should have:

  • Strategic Relationship Expertise: 5–6 years of agency experience (preferably events) with a track record of turning global brands into long-term partners.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven success managing project budgets of £500k+ and a focus on driving both revenue and profitability within existing accounts.
  • Sector Insight: A strong understanding of the corporate tech and financial landscape, supported by technical literacy in Google Apps.
  • Operational Awareness: While your focus is strategic, a background in operations is highly valued to help bridge the gap between vision and delivery.
  • Core Values: You embody transparency, accountability, and curiosity. You are "happy to get on" and thrive in a fast-paced, direct environment.

The Role:

  • Strategic Planning: Create and deliver actionable account plans that ensure long-term growth and client satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of live and digital events, ensuring every project meets the client's high-level KPIs.
  • Trusted Advisory: Become a proactive partner to global change-makers, understanding their business objectives inside and out.
  • Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate industry-leading sustainability initiatives and digital trends into every project.
  • Global Collaboration: Work alongside our UK and US teams to maintain a seamless global brand presence for our clients.
