The Engine of Extraordinary Events – Join Our Elite Delivery Team

Location: Kent (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

What’s Different About This Role? Are you the ultimate "bridge" between a creative vision and its logistical reality? This isn't just an admin job; it’s a high-velocity, high-impact role within our world-class conference and exhibition team. You will be the logistical backbone for international projects, managing the "Project Playbook" and ensuring that every detail—from delegate data to global kit shipments—is executed with military precision. If you are looking to move from a junior role into a seat where you truly own the logistics of global tech events, this is it.

What You’ll Bring:

  • The Agency Pedigree: You must have experience within an events or creative agency. We are looking for 12–18 months of professional experience, though we will consider standout graduates who have completed high-level agency internships.
  • Logistical Muscle: You already have a handle on logistics, shipments, and the fast-paced nature of the exhibition world.
  • The Toolkit: You are highly literate in MS Tools, particularly Excel, and possess the critical thinking skills to manage complex delegate information and internal documentation.
  • Accountability: You are the person who keeps everyone on track—someone who doesn't just attend a meeting but coordinates it, minutes it, and ensures every action point is driven to completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • End-to-End Coordination: Support the wider project team by managing research, delegate data, and the flow of information between internal teams and external contacts.
  • The Logistics Engine: Manage equipment logistics, including securely packaging kit and liaising with international courier services to ensure flawless arrival at global expos.
  • Financial & Admin Support: Provide vital budget updates, manage POs, and maintain the "Project Master" documents to keep projects profitable and on schedule.
  • Meeting Command: Take the lead on managing weekly team meetings, ensuring the Project WIP is updated and the team is aligned on all live jobs.
  • Proposal & On-Site Support: Contribute to client proposals based on briefs and travel on-site to assist the event teams in bringing the vision to life.

Why You’ll Love It: We believe in Collective Success and Curiosity. You won’t be stuck in a corner; you’ll be part of our famous "ideation sessions," helping to research the latest entertainment and activities for our global tech clients. With opportunities for international travel and a clear path for progression, you’ll be learning from the best in the business.

The Ideal Fit: A methodical, high-energy professional with a full passport and exceptional written and spoken English. You are someone who lives for the detail and thrives when the pressure is on.

Our talent community is moving fast, and we are looking to hire immediately. Apply now—don’t let this opportunity pass you by!
