Location: London or Leeds (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office)

We are partnering with a market-leading People Impact Agency that helps global brands navigate critical transformation moments—ranging from AI disruption and leadership shifts to major strategic growth.

They are seeking a commercially sharp Project Director to own high-profile client relationships and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client & Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving repeat business, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing complex campaign budgets exceeding £250k.
• Integrated Campaign Delivery: Oversee complex end-to-end deliverables, including internal comms, strategic workshops, video production, digital experiences, print assets, and major conference event content (scripts, staging, slides, agendas).
• Team Governance & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and guide project managers and collaborate with creative specialists to ensure industry-leading strategic output.
• Commercial Control: Oversee account profitability, annual revenue forecasting, and risk management with confidence—even when working with incomplete information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record within a creative, communications, or change management agency.
• Expertise in both internal comms and through-the-line integrated campaigns.
• Outstanding briefing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with high emotional resilience in fast-paced environments.
• UK-based with existing right-to-work status (pre-employment background and reference checks apply).
