We are looking for a Business Development Hero who is as authentic as they are hungry. Someone who doesn't just "sell" but understands the soul of what we do and can demonstrate a proven track record of winning high-value work in the creative-tech space.

The Role

This isn’t about cold-calling from a script. It’s about strategic growth, high-level networking, and authentic relationship building.

  • Strategic Hunting: Identifying and winning projects that sit at the intersection of creative brilliance and technical innovation.
  • Authentic Selling: You need to "get" it. You’ll be talking to sophisticated clients about complex tech and creative solutions—you must speak their language with authority.
  • Demonstrable Success: You aren't just "active" in the market; you are successful. You have a portfolio of wins and a clear methodology for how you get from a lead to a "yes."
  • Collaborative Growth: Working closely with our creative and tech leads to ensure what we sell is not only spectacular but deliverable.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is tired of the "smoke and mirrors" side of business development.

  • The Tech-Savvy Mind: You have a deep interest in (and understanding of) the tech and creative landscape. You aren't intimidated by technical scopes; you thrive on them.
  • The Proven Performer: You have a "body of evidence"—a history of bringing in high-value accounts and growing them.
  • The Authentic Partner: You are hungry and driven, but you lead with honesty. You understand that our reputation is built on delivering exactly what we promise.
  • The London Networker: You are already plugged into the Central London creative scene and know where the next big opportunities are hiding.
