Project Manager – Experiential & Live Events

We are managing a confidential search for an established global experiential agency looking for a high-impact Project Manager for their London studio.

The Role Own the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes live, hybrid, and incentive campaigns (£100k–£1m) annually. You’ll work alongside in-house film, VR, and venue specialists, reporting directly to the London Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage robust 90-day production timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate seamlessly with venues, unions, and high-profile talent under pressure.
• Maintain 95%+ on-site safety and brand-compliance scores.
• Drive organic growth across major London accounts through proactive scope expansion.
