What You’ll Bring:

• Agency Background: Proven event or delegate management experience within a fast-paced agency or luxury hospitality environment.
• Admin & Tech Skills: Exceptional organisation with advanced Excel skills (formulas, sorting) and hands-on experience using Greenvelope, Paperless Post, and event websites.
• Client-Facing Polish: Warm, professional communication with a natural instinct for thoughtful, personal service.
• Composure & Discretion: Total calm under pressure, practical problem-solving, and strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

• Guest Management: Own client guest lists, tracking attendance, dietary requirements, and passport details accurately.
• Invitations & RSVPs: Coordinate digital/physical invitations via Greenvelope and Paperless Post, actively following up on responses.
• Travel & Logistics: Arrange international flights, accommodation, and transport while building crystal-clear itineraries and rooming lists.
• Seating & On-Site Delivery: Create intricate table plans and provide a welcoming, efficient presence for guest registration and arrivals.
