What’s Different About This Role?
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that serves as the "connective tissue" between our Marketing and Business Development functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will transition fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will also mentor and lead two senior specialists—a PR Lead and a Partnerships Director—ensuring our brand positioning remains sharp and differentiated as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven Experience: Likely 5–6 years in marketing, new business, or growth roles within a creative agency environment.

Storytelling Expertise: An innate ability to transform complex project work into compelling narratives and case studies.

Commercial Mindset: Experience managing pitch teams and navigating RFIs/RFPs to meet conversion targets.

Technical Proficiency: Confidence using marketing technology, AI tools, and CRM systems to drive and measure activity.

Sector Knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in the events industry is considered a significant advantage.
What You’ll Do:

Growth Strategy: Define and lead the marketing strategy to elevate our positioning and optimize our leadership's public profile.

Pitch Leadership: Collaborate on major pitch submissions and ensure we meet revenue and lead generation targets.

Brand Guardianship: Act as the gatekeeper for our brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels, including our website and marketing collateral.

Data & Insights: Own all performance analytics, producing regular dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Content Creation: Oversee research-led industry reports and PR activity to provide "always-on" content that generates high-quality leads.
