From high-stakes pharmaceutical congresses to massive global exhibitions, you’ll be the engine under the hood.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Logistics: Take full ownership of project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery planning. You’ll be the bridge between client objectives and flawless execution.
• Supplier Superstar: Liaise with DMCs, housing bureaus, and banqueting teams, negotiating the best prices to keep those profit margins healthy.
• Digital Architect: Design and develop delegate registration sites and manage registration platforms with precision.
• Client Champion: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations aren't just met—they’re exceeded.
• Risk Wrangler: Ensure all health, safety, and insurance obligations are airtight, protecting both the agency and the client.
• Mentor: Support and guide junior team members, sharing your wisdom to help the whole squad level up.

What You’ll Bring:

• Pharma Prowess: You have solid experience in pharmaceutical events (ideally congresses) and understand the nuances of compliance and MSAs.
• Tech Savvy: You’re a Microsoft Office wizard and have experience navigating delegate registration platforms.
• Communication Flair: Whether it’s a formal presentation or a quick brief to a supplier, your communication is clear, accurate, and engaging.
• The "Juggler" Mindset: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
