• Proven Production Pedigree: Extensive experience managing multi-layered brand experiences and live events from initial scope through to final execution.
• Financial Acumen: You are commercially sharp, with a track record of managing project budgets of £500k+ while maintaining margins and leading expert supplier negotiations.
• Operational Mastery: Expert knowledge of Project Management tools and Production systems. You understand the "nitty-gritty" of Health & Safety, Insurance, Security, and Licensing requirements.
• Agility & Originality: The ability to remain agile under pressure, applying original thinking to solve complex problems and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Leadership Heart: You take pride in harnessing young talent. You have experience in line management and find genuine satisfaction in mentoring and developing junior team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Figurehead: Lead the day-to-day development and preparation of major campaigns and one-off projects, ensuring everything is on brief, on time, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary link between the agency, external partners, and clients, building and maintaining robust relationships through clear, skilled communication.
• Creative Guardian: Play a key role in ensuring the agency’s creative output is executed to the highest possible standards, never losing sight of the "big picture" during technical delivery.
• Team Navigator: Lead teams through our most complex, multi-stakeholder projects, demonstrating exceptional delegation and the ability to inspire those around you.
• Process Flawlessness: Maintain an ever-present awareness of the production process, seeing projects come to life physically or digitally with absolute precision.
