Are you passionate about discovering extraordinary venues and delivering unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a super fun-fast-paced venue sourcing team, building client relationships and managing multiple projects with creativity and precision.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for sourcing exceptional venues, negotiating the best terms, and crafting proposals that delight clients. From briefing intake to delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing accounts and ensuring every project runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Client Briefs: Listen closely to client needs, research destinations, and propose venues that exceed expectations.
• Venue Expertise: Keep your knowledge of UK and international venues fresh and up-to-date.
• Proposals & Pitches: Produce creative, accurate, and client-ready proposals, and contribute to pitch presentations.
• Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
• Negotiation & Finance: Maximise commissionable revenue, negotiate competitive rates, and help meet financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Manage junior team members, conduct appraisals, and support professional development.
• Process & Prioritisation: Maintain organised systems, adhere to ISO standards, and manage multiple briefs efficiently.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years’ experience in venue sourcing, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven client relationship and account management experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
• IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Full driving licence and car essential
