I am partnering with a high-calibre Creative Agency based in the heart of Shoreditch to find a Business Development Director (or a high-level Manager ready to step up). This is a pure-play new business role designed for a self-sufficient strategist who thrives on long-game, high-impact client acquisitions.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you will be the spearhead for the agency’s growth. This isn't a "volume-call" role; it’s a sophisticated, strategy-led position focused on opening doors to international brands and securing large-scale, transformative partnerships.
The agency understands the reality of the sales cycle—they recognize that high-level relationships take time to nurture (up to 6 months to land that first crucial meeting) and they are looking for the vision and patience to execute that journey.
The Role

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a roadmap to engage senior budget influencers and decision-makers on a global scale.

Thought Leadership: Position the agency as a leader in their field through high-level networking and insight-driven outreach.

End-to-End Sales: Own the entire process from initial research and "cold-to-warm" outreach to leading the pitch and closing the deal.

Collaborative Spirit: While you are the sole driver of new business, you will work closely with the Client Services team to ensure a seamless transition once the "win" is secured.
