Royall has been engaged by an industry-leading creative agency in the West Midlands to headhunt a powerhouse Project Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that sits at the intersection of high-end production and deep-dive communications strategy. This is the role where you transition from being a "delivery expert" to a strategic creative partner.

The Flexibility Flip: We’ve opened the gates. To help our client find the best agency talent in the UK, they have moved to a 1–2 day studio week. Whether you are a local expert or a "super-commuter" looking for a creative sanctuary, we want your expertise, not your commute.

What’s Different About This Role?

This isn't about being a small cog. You will own a prestigious portfolio of projects (typically £100k–£150k), managing the entire lifecycle from the first spark of a brief to the global onsite debrief.

Our client is committed to mentorship. You will work alongside elite Account Directors to move beyond spreadsheets and into Internal Comms Strategy. You’ll learn how to align a global brand’s message with a live activation, making you one of the most well-rounded PMs in the industry.

The Candidate DNA:

  • Agency-Bred: You are currently (or very recently) working in an Event, Experiential, or Creative Agency. You know the pace, the pressure, and the payoff.
  • C-Suite Confidence: You are comfortable, articulate, and "unflappable" when standing in front of high-level clients.
  • The "Strategy" Spark: You want to understand the why behind the event. You’re ready to learn the art of communications and brand narrative.
  • Global Ready: You’ve got your passport ready and a professional polish that shines whether you're in a boardroom or an airport lounge.
  • The Essentials: A full driving license and car are a must to access the agency's stunning, converted rural studio hub.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Portfolio: Take full accountability for project delivery, timelines, and profitability.
  • Command the Room: Act as a lead contact for global clients, steering them through the creative process.
  • Collaborate Across Verticals: Work side-by-side with in-house Film, Digital, and Graphic teams to build cohesive, strategy-led experiences.
  • Execute Globally: Lead onsite teams across the UK and internationally, ensuring every detail is polished to perfection.
