Your Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Mastery
You will be the central point of control, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the project:

Client Management: Partner closely with clients, transforming their strategic goals for employee engagement or internal comms into actionable, impactful event plans.

Financial Leadership: Develop, track, and manage all project budgets, including supplier negotiation, contract management, and post-event analysis to ensure profitability.

Logistics & Production: Lead the development of detailed project timelines, critical paths, and all event logistics. Expertly oversee supplier relations and on-site production, ensuring a calm, professional, and successful delivery.

Reporting: Conduct thorough post-event reconciliation, providing clear budget analysis and comprehensive client reporting.
