Senior / Executive Producer – Corporate Events & Flagship Experiences
South London | 🏢 Hybrid (3–4 Days In-Office)
£50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience level) + Benefits
Are you an experienced event producer who knows how to turn ambitious corporate briefs into live experiences people feel, remember, and act on?
We are partnering with an independent, creative-led agency in South London looking for a Senior or Executive Producer specialising in high-stakes corporate events, flagship programmes, product launches, and executive gatherings.
This isn’t a role for someone who just manages logistics in isolation. You’ll sit alongside strategists, designers, and creative directors to own end-to-end delivery—protecting the creative ambition, managing the margins, and leading multi-stakeholder programmes from initial pitch to post-show debrief.
What You’ll Own:
-
End-to-End Programme Leadership: Convert complex client ambitions into bulletproof production plans covering timelines, run-of-show, technical production, budgets, and risk mitigation.
-
Creative & Production Synergy: Direct cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, tech teams, and external suppliers) to ensure every touchpoint delivers a single, coherent experience.
-
Commercial & Scope Management: Protect margins and production quality through sharp supplier negotiation, active scope management, and early problem-solving.
-
Trusted Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to global brands, tech scale-ups, and corporate leaders, building long-term trust beyond single transactions.
-
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide mid-level producers, junior talent, and freelancers under live show pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Agency Experience: A proven track record in a creative or live event agency environment, managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, or brand activations.
-
Production Mastery: Total fluency in budgeting, technical production, supplier management, and live run-of-show execution.
-
Creative Integrity & Leadership: The judgement to champion the core creative vision when timing, budget, or stakeholder politics push back.
-
Senior Stakeholder Presence: Calm, precise, and authoritative communication when navigating complex client environments or live-event shifts.
-
Location & Rhythm: Ability to work from the South London studio 3 to 4 days per week, with flexibility for site visits and live show delivery.
Why Apply?
-
Culture + Ambition: Join a people-first, independent agency where commercial success never comes at the expense of culture or creative integrity.
-
True Ownership: A role with enough proximity that your judgement is visible, and enough scale to lead high-impact, global briefs.
-
End-to-End Influence: Shape how live experiences are conceived, not logistics execution alone.
How to Apply:
If you're ready to produce work that connects brands with their audiences and truly stands up on show day, we’d love to hear from you.
