SUMMARY
The Vice President of Data & Digital Transformation leads enterprise-wide Business Strategy, Analytics, and Digital Marketing functions across TD Garden and the Boston Bruins. This role empowers cross-functional teams with actionable access to data, innovative digital strategies, and integrated systems that support revenue growth, operational excellence, brand performance, and enhanced customer engagement. The VP serves a critical role aligning analytics, data, technology, and business strategy leading to the development of exceptional digital guest experiences and new business solutions that advance overall organizational performance.

Enterprise Data Integration and Actionable Intelligence
- Deliver a unified, governed data ecosystem, analytics frameworks, and reporting systems that provides real-time visibility into performance and drive informed strategic and operational decisions, empowering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Enhanced Digital Guest Experience
- Develop vision and execution plan for seamless, industry-leading, and personalized fan experiences—both in-venue and online—through optimized platforms that integrate with offline touchpoints.
Revenue Optimization and Reporting Excellence
- Arm stakeholders with advanced financial modeling, pricing strategies, performance reporting and forecasting to maximize yield and profitability and retention across ticketing, sponsorship, retail, parking, and premium business lines.
Business Advancement and AI Innovation Adoption
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to unlock new efficiencies, personalization opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Digital Marketing and Brand Growth
- Advance digital marketing ecosystems—including content, social, ecommerce and engagement platforms—that strengthen brand presence, accelerate audience growth, and deepen customer loyalty.
Customer and Market Insight Leadership
- Lead analysis of customer behaviors, market dynamics, and competitive trends that shape strategic direction, improve marketing effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.

- Serve as a strategic liaison with leagues, external partners and Delaware North peers, leveraging insights to influence broader business and industry decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Business Strategy & Analytics
- Oversee business intelligence and analytics functions supporting the diverse business lines and functions of the arena and team.
- Deliver insights that inform growth initiatives, operational decisions, and long-term planning.
Drive Digital Marketing Excellence
- Develop and execute innovative digital strategies across demand generation, brand presence, loyalty, and e-commerce.
- Enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
Enable Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build and manage systems for data governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure access to actionable insights across all business units.
Oversee Data Environment and Integrations
- Serve as the primary contact for data ecosystem including CRM, business intelligence, and analytics vendors.
- Ensure technology solutions meet organizational needs and drive customer-centric strategies.
Support Revenue Optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Support ticketing, premium, sponsorship, retail, hospitality and parking.
Champion AI & Emerging Technologies
- Identify and apply emerging technologies—including AI and advanced analytics—to improve business performance, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Actively pursue alignment with internal stakeholders and engagement with external partners to advance business execution across the enterprise.
Enhance Fan Experience
- Develop a vision for digital guest engagement that improves both the in-venue experience and remote fandom through personalized content and seamless digital touchpoints.
Customer and Market Intelligence
- Lead efforts to uncover customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarks that shape strategic direction and marketing effectiveness.
Design Program Measurement & Optimization
- Guide team in developing new levels of reporting to evaluate campaign and partnership success, optimize efforts, and inform future strategies.
Manage Digital Platforms
- Oversee front-end and back-end development strategies for websites, apps, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure seamless integration with offline channels and personal selling.
Mentor & Develop Talent
- Cultivate the skills of direct reports through exposure to advanced methodologies, leadership development, and hands-on strategic projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business strategy functions including analytics, digital, sales/marketing, business development, ideally in the sports and/or entertainment industry.

Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, supporting business operations, developing and implementing strategies in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

Advanced Analytics: Strong background in data modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance measurement to support decision-making.

Digital Marketing Execution: Demonstrated success in developing and managing digital campaigns across web, mobile, app, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Experience supporting and co-creating solutions with Sales, Marketing / Comms, Finance, Operations, and external partners to drive performance, efficiencies and new solutions.
