SUMMARY
The organization is seeking an accomplished Marketing Executive to lead and oversee marketing efforts for their properties. This senior leadership role is critical in defining and executing a unified marketing vision that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and ultimately revenue through ticket sales and food & beverage performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and oversee the execution of an overarching go-to-market strategy for all properties, working closely with key stakeholders.

Marketing Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all property marketing teams, ensuring cohesive campaign creation, brand strategy, and team development.

Vertical Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the marketing strategy across key verticals including sports, entertainment, and other content, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.

Field & Property Marketing: Oversee the field marketing operations and overall property marketing strategy—all focused on maximizing ticket sales yield and food & beverage (F&B) per capita performance.

Agency Management: Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, ensuring execution of strategic plans with quality, timeliness, and alignment to brand standards.

Media & Marketing Plans: Review, approve, and guide media and marketing plans to maximize impact and ROI.

Digital & Social Strategy: Partner with the digital marketing division on digital strategy, loyalty and retention, and social media initiatives.

Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular, comprehensive marketing reports and insights to internal teams and executive leadership.

Creative Services Partnership: Partner with Creative Services to establish and maintain consistent brand standards and profiles for each property, as well as optimized creatives for all campaigns.

Customer Personas: Define detailed customer personas based on data and market feedback to drive targeted marketing efforts and improve yield.

Customer Experience Integration: Oversee integration with property teams to create seamless, innovative customer experiences across all locations.

Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations and insights to organizational leadership to inform ongoing marketing and business decisions.

Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive campaigns covering advertising, communications, and content creation.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in marketing, in live entertainment, or other related “four wall” industries.

Ticket Sales Expertise: Experience with strategic marketing related to ticket sales in a high growth environment required.

Strategic Planning: Proven leadership experience in creating overall strategic marketing plans for complex businesses, digital marketing, social media strategy, and field marketing.

Budget & Team Leadership: Proven track record leading large, cross-functional marketing teams and managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.

Multi-Channel Marketing: Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, field marketing, and event promotions.

Agency Collaboration: Strong ability to manage and collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendors to deliver on strategic goals.

Customer Segmentation: Deep understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing tactics to drive ticket sales and F&B spend.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
