We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality and Event Sales leader in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast United States. Someone from our staff will be sure to reach out if your background and skillset are a good fit for these specific roles.

 

Ideal candidates should possess the following:


This Sales Director is responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional, national, and abroad for new business opportunities and growing existing client partnerships. This individual will lead partnership relationships from pitch/proposal through execution phases – for individual sales goals and sales team. This person will lead the sales staff to meet or exceed their revenue goals, lead weekly sales meetings and work collaboratively across several departments and the Sales Leadership team.


  • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of ability to successfully close multi-year, six and seven-figure deals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with brands within targeted accounts, at the most senior leaders who make event, marketing, sponsorship, and media decisions.
  • Prospect and research new categories to generate leads, develop relationships, understand customer needs, present solutions, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Develop unique and individualized proposals and sales presentations for individual new business prospects.
  • Experience in progressive sales and event marketing management, ideally in sports, event management, media or hospitality required.
  • Experience with a professional sports team, league, agency and/or major property is preferred, but not mandatory.
