We are currently sourcing Partnership/Premium/Hospitality Sales leaders with a proven track record in revenue management and sales leadership.


Ideal candidates should possess the following:


This Senior Sales Leader is responsible for leading revenue optimization by identifying opportunities to maximize revenue streams across new channels and markets domestically and worldwide. This person will build and lead a large sales staff to meet and exceed their revenue goals, lead weekly sales meetings and work collaboratively across several departments and the Sales Leadership team.

 

  • Minimum of 20 years of sales and/or revenue management experience. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Experience in progressive sales and event marketing management, ideally in sports, event management, media or hospitality required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, international sales projects.
  • Strong background in logistics and operations management with experience ensuring seamless execution of large-scale sales projects and coordination across multiple markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. 
  • Highly innovative and creative, adept at developing and implementing unique strategies to create new revenue streams and enhance market presence.
  • Experience with a professional sports team, league, agency and/or major property is preferred, but not mandatory.
