Our client is a global manufacturer of specialist material handling equipment, well respected and with a reputation for quality, they are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer in Essex.

Responsible for replacement, service and repair of forklift trucks and specialist MHE, on client sites across the patch, the role offers the opportunity to join a market leading business.

What's Required:

• Experience gained in a similar field engineering role, ideally in the materials handling equipment sector
• A proven track record gained delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrable exposure to hitting and exceeding service KPI.
• A "customer first" attitude.
• Willingness to work in a role that is rota based shift work and on call and out of hours.
