Our client is a rapidly expanding materials handling equipment partnered with one of the worlds leading materials handling equipment brands.

Responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers and workshop staff as well as ensuring flawless service for the business clients, the role offers the opportunity for an experienced MHE Service Manager to join a rapidly expanding business, offering a fantastic product offering.

Our client is looking for an individual with experience gained in the MHE sector, used to working in a fast paced, agile business, who has a customer first mentality.

What's Required:

• Extensive experience gained in a similar Service Manager role.
• Excellent knowledge of materials handling equipment.
• Used to working with clients, being the focal point for service issues/escalations.
• Exposure to budgets and cost control.
• The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a highly competitive sector.
