2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

£28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits


My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider experiencing rapid growth.


They are currently looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, looking for a long-term career opportunity.


Responsible for the resolution of issues on behalf of our clients ever growing customer base, this is not the usual run of the mill role, offering a genuinely varied, interesting challenge.


What you need:


  • A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT.
  • Experience gained in a 2nd line IT support role, ideally in an MSP environment.
  • Knowledge of M365, Azure, AD, Windows Server, Networking, Virtualisation (Hyper-V etc), Backup (Veeam), Firewalls etc.
