Hybrid (3 office/2 home) - Leeds

Circa £28,000 - £32,000 + 27 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Funded Accreditations + Healthcare Cash Plan + Video GP + Incentives etc.


My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider experiencing rapid growth.


They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Engineers, looking for a long-term career opportunity.


Responsible for the resolution of issues on behalf of our clients ever growing customer base, this is not the usual run of the mill role, offering a genuinely varied, interesting challenge and the opportunity to join an expanding business dealing with clients across multiple sectors.


What you need:


  • A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT
  • An outgoing personality with a natural want to go over and a above
  • Experience gained in a similar Service Desk Engineer role, ideally in an MSP environment
  • Knowledge of M365 (ideally with exposure to InTune, Sharepoint, Autopilot etc) Azure, AD, Windows Server, Networking, Backup, Security etc
