Basic salary to £42,000, OTE £70,000 (Uncapped) + Hybrid Car, Pension, PMI, Benefits etc

Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of materials handling equipment. A part of a highly successful group, and having undergone rapid growth, they are looking to recruit a Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland.

Responsible for generating revenue for the business via both self generated new business opportunities and by developing existing account growth and renewals, the role offer the opportunity to work for a business able to provide premium brand equipment and a high quality service offering.

What's Required:

• Experience gained in a similar new business Area Sales Manager role.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exposure to selling a premium proposition with product and service quality being the driver rather than price.
• The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a competitive sector.
• Significant exposure to selling forklift trucks or similar capital equipment on both sale and long term rental/contract hire.
