Senior Program Specialist – Education Accountability and Change for the Prevention of Partner Abuse Team
ZeroV is seeking a full-time Senior Program Specialist to join our EACPPA team. The Senior Program Specialist will play a key role in coordinating trainings, certification processes, and provider communications in support of ZeroV’s Education, Accountability, and Change for the Prevention of Partner Abuse Team (EACPPA Team) which is focused on intervention and education programming for domestic violence offenders – i.e., batterers intervention program.
ZeroV is the state domestic violence coalition whose mission is to abolish the social conditions and systems that spark, enable, and amplify intimate partner violence and to create communities where all Kentuckians can live and thrive in safety and peace.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate provider training sessions, including scheduling, calendar invites, agendas, CEU submissions, presenter materials, evaluation forms, and certificates.
- Manage annual training cycles, including creation of informational sessions, modules, check-ins, and deadlines for completion.
- Maintain and update training content, including PowerPoints, objectives, tests, and discussion boards and grade applicant submissions.
- Enroll and support new provider trainees by processing registration, fees, Litmos enrollment, DocuSign agreements, SharePoint folders, and training spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate provider and training records in AMO, Litmos, and SharePoint.
- Submit CEU applications to relevant credentialing boards with complete documentation.
- Assist with updates to ZeroV’s training schedule and ensure accurate posting on the website.
- Provide ongoing communication with providers, presenters, and partners to ensure smooth program operations.
- In collaboration with team members, assist providers with onboarding process for data collection software.
- Assist team members with monitoring, processing grievances, and giving TA to providers and community partners about BIP.
- Assist team members with setting up and scheduling trainings outside of certification.
- Assist team members with community coordinated events.
- Other duties as assigned, including administrative support for coalition projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a nonprofit or coalition setting, preferably with domestic violence programs or intervention initiatives/programs.
- Experience with coordination of trainings using an online LMS and proficiency with data collection platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and systems with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, a learning management software (e.g. Blackboard/Canva), SharePoint, and online survey/form platforms (e.g. Microsoft Forms, NationBuilder).
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to ending gender-based violence and intersecting oppressions including racism, classism, and ableism, or a commitment to learn.
Salary:
Entry salary for a Senior Program Specialist is $60,000.00 plus a generous benefit package.
