Amelia Florist and Gifts is seeking a reliable and organized Lead Delivery Driver to join our team. This

role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also supporting and coordinating a

small delivery team. You will play a key part in ensuring our arrangements arrive on time and in perfect

condition, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver floral arrangements and gifts in a timely and professional manner

• Manage and coordinate daily driver schedules

• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and accuracy

• Communicate with the shop regarding delivery updates and any issues

• Maintain delivery vehicles including fueling, oil changes, and routine car washes

• Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and attention to detail

• Support a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Comfortable leading and supporting a small team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and related items

• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time hours with a flexible start time based on daily delivery volume

• Workload varies throughout the year, with slower weeks and very busy holiday periods

• Required schedule includes Saturdays, with regular days off on Thursday and Sunday

• Availability during peak floral holidays is essential

Compensation and Benefits

• $17 – $20 per hour, based on experience

• Two weeks of paid vacation annually (provided as a lump sum at the beginning of each year)
