Sales Support

If you're the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, moving, and done right the first time, you'll love this role. As part of the sales team you’ll be the bridge between Sales and Purchasing, helping ensure every customer order runs smoothly from quote to delivery. You’re not responsible for closing sales, but your work keeps everything behind the scenes operating efficiently — and that’s what makes great customer experiences possible.

In this role, you’ll support the inside sales function by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, entering orders, and making sure information flows accurately between teams. You’ll help keep customers informed and satisfied, while giving the sales team the structure and follow-through they need to succeed.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the sales team.
  • Enter and track sales orders, quotes, and acknowledgements.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about order status, lead times, and delivery updates.
  • Partner with purchasing to ensure accurate and timely part acquisition and delivery.
  • Support management on special projects that keep the business growing.
  • Maintain organized systems and documentation to keep the sales process running smoothly.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you notice the small things that make big differences.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • A proactive mindset with good judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
  • You are customer oriented and focused on making sure they have a quality and smooth experience

Qualifications you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service (manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

What we offer:

  • Salary range: $40,000–$55,000, based on experience.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 401(k)
  • Health savings account.
  • Paid time off

Join a company where your attention to detail, communication skills, and customer-first mindset make a real impact — and where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.
