We’re looking for a driven Commercial Property Manager who thrives on making an impact. What You’ll Be Responsible For


Operations & Property Performance

 Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties with a focus on efficiency

and cost control

 Conduct regular inspections; proactively identify and resolve issues

 Ensure properties are well-maintained and operating at a high standard

 Oversee work orders and service contracts (maintenance, landscaping, snow,

etc.)

Tenant Experience & Retention

 Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants

 Deliver responsive, solutions-oriented service

 Build strong relationships to support renewals and long-term retention

Financial & Asset Management

 Lead preparation and management of operating budgets

 Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective strategies

 Support CAM reconciliations and expense optimization

 Identify opportunities to improve NOI and asset value

Leasing & Execution

 Maintain strong command of lease terms and ensure compliance

 Support renewals, expansions, and tenant improvements

 Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement

Vendor & Project Management

 Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors

 Oversee capital projects and tenant improvements from bid through completion

 Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards


What We’re Looking For

 5+ years of commercial property management experience (office/industrial

preferred)

 Strong financial, operational, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to manage multiple properties, vendors, and tenant relationships

 Ownership mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach

 Experience with property management software (MRI, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)

 Bachelor’s degree preferred
