About the Role:

You’ll handle the day-to-day operations of the office—opening and closing the studio, answering phones, greeting clients, and keeping the workspace organized while also supporting design projects and assisting the team in keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain organized project files and assist the design team with scheduling, order tracking, and project logistics.
  • Support vendors and contractors by coordinating deliveries and installations.
  • Help manage budgets, vendor payments, and client invoicing as needed.
  • Identify and implement office process improvements to make the studio run more efficiently.
  • Track project deadlines and milestones, keep project management tools updated, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordinate project photoshoots and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage the physical mail received at the office.
  • Oversee payroll management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
  • Monitor and restock marketing supplies (e.g., t-shirts, cards, etc.)

Who You Are:

3–5 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination, preferably in interior design or a related field.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities at once.

Strong communicator with clients, vendors, and team members.

Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.

Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude.

Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience.

Partial health plan reimbursement.

2 weeks paid vacation.

Designer discounts.

Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, creative environment.
