Job Summary:

Immediate need for experienced landscaping Account Manager for a full-time position in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Opportunity for growth is available. Pay is dependent upon experience. Excellent benefits.

 

Account managers serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring that the company has a sustained, long-term, loyal relationship. AMs achieve client satisfaction with the work performed and fully leverage relationships to benefit the client and Creative Image. AMs are responsible for the management of a client portfolio of multiple key clients, focusing on maximizing revenue, growth, and client retention.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Landscape design experience and proven sales experience in the landscaping industry
  • 2+ years’ experience in the local marketplace
  •  Ability to generate customer solutions and proposals that are on point, creative, and that stay consistent with the brand image of the company
  • Ability to network with and facilitate the networking of large groups of company personnel with industry and trade contacts within the marketplace
  •  2 or 4 year degree in landscape related field, or extensive green industry experience as well as management experience

 

Performance Scope:

Client relations

  •   Develop and maintain long-term, loyal client relationships, which lead to 100% renewals of each account within the customer portfolio
  •   Develop and maintain a personification schedule, and perform site walk-throughs and formal meetings with customers that ensure high quality and service expectations are met
  •    Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers
  •   Lead and facilitate the resolution of customer problems or concerns; proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
  •   Focus on developing personal relationships with customers as well as the next level above and below main contact

 

Sales

  •   Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving work order sales that meet company goals
  •   Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue
  • Earn new work through referrals from existing customer base
  • Responsible for accurate estimates and takeoffs as needed
  • Sell and maintain acceptable gross margins for contract and work orders that meet branch budgets

 

Production

  •  Participate in production meeting and assist with overall leadership of office
  • Communicate regularly with production personnel to ensure that customer service and production teams are coordinated on serving customers
  • Coordinate site visits with production team to assure that consistent and timely site visits occur

 

Administrative/other

  • Complete all required documentation in the sales process (sales reporting, estimates, contracts, work orders)
  • Maintain satisfactory days to pay for accounts receivable on assigned accounts (<35 days)
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

 

What We Offer:

 

Base pay range is $60,000 - $80,000 (depending upon experience) plus commission; profit sharing begins after first full year of employment. Benefits package includes generous paid time off, 401K, company vehicle, company paid insurance, and health reimbursement account.
