What You’ll Do:
● Be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, leading monthly financial review calls,
offering proactive insights, and ensuring they feel supported.
● Oversee accounting processes, serving as the final checkpoint for accuracy and
integrity of client financials.
● Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help
them deliver excellent service.
● Continuous improvement via implementing better systems, processes, and tools to
make your team more efficient and effective.
● Be a true partner to clients – spotting risks, implementing proper controls, proactive
check-ins, and making sure they’re set up for success.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
● On-Target Earnings: $130,000+ (performance-based, uncapped)
● Bonuses: Team billings, upsells, referrals, and leadership development bonuses.

Who You Are:
● You are hungry, driven, and coachable and want to grow your career and your income.
● You are passionate about customer service, knowing how to make clients feel heard and

● You can explain financials to a contractor without making their eyes glaze over.
● You can juggle multiple clients and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
● You are proactive, anticipating client needs and addressing issues before they become
problems.
● You know accounting inside and out and have at least 5+ years of experience to back it
up.
● You are a natural leader and enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed.
● Experience with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software (Ramp, bill.com, etc)
is ideal, but more importantly, you have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new
software and technology as needed.
