Responsibilities:
- Successfully learn products and services
- Successfully learn key skills to assist customers in their homes
- Order entry of new customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with management to share weekly plans.
- Coordinate with other departments to effectively deliver the best service.
- Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field.
- Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities targeted to SFU communities.
- Promote a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd in the marketplace.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Understand sales processes.
- Familiarity with customer record systems, processes, and practices.
