Position Summary

In this role as Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for day-to-day operations, including warehouse oversight, light manufacturing (kitting, packaging), inventory management, and logistics. You will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of our products, with efficient use of space, materials, and personnel.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead warehouse operations and production/kitting processes to meet customer requirements
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and execution of packaging, kitting, and order fulfillment
  • Implement and improve inventory management systems to optimize inventory turns and accuracy
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies
  • Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Manage purchasing and supplier coordination related to operations and production supplies
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless order flow
  • Coach and mentor warehouse and production team members; build a high-performing team
  • Support implementation of ERP systems, operational workflows, and documentation standards
  • Participate in strategic planning with ownership and leadership team to support growth targets


Qualifications you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or production management
  • Experience in warehouse and light manufacturing environments (packaging/kitting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and demand planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor, NetSuite, or similar) a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

What’s in it for you?

  • Base Salary: $85,000– $115,000 depending on experience and skill alignment.
  • Performance-Based Bonus Potential

Schedule/Location:

  • Normal working hours, Monday through Friday
  • Onsite in Erlanger, KY
