Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and client-facing Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Corporate positions across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract and secure top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the current business landscape, recruitment process, and a passion for building relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, culture, and hiring objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies and market trends.

  

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates. This includes leveraging social media, networking events, industry associations, and other recruitment tools.


- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed insights and recommendations.


- Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Provide guidance to both parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.


- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.


- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and candidate pipelines. Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.


- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Corporate recruitment role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

- Must be able to flex in hours, 30+ hours per week.

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.

- Proficient in using various recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing candidates.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
