Part-Time Contract Executive Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced part-time contract recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.  This role operates autonomously, with little oversight and direction. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process that focuses on experience and results.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions

- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients

- Manage the candidate experience and provide timely communication throughout the recruitment process

- Assist with the negotiation and closing of offers


Skills and Abilities Required:

- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

-5+ years of prior recruitment experience in a corporate environment

-Must be available during normal business hours

-Ability to operate independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with ability to re-prioritize tasks 

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote and part-time capacity

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
