Position Title: Internal Medicine Physician

Location: British Columbia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: This is a contract position paid on a revenue-share basis, not a fixed salary. The revenue split ranges from 70/30 to 80/20, depending on experience and billing volume. Earnings vary based on workload, with an estimated range of $30,000–$40,000 per month depending on individual billing volume.

Key Responsibilities  

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for: 

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients with complex, chronic, and preventive health needs. 
• Conduct both in-person and virtual consultations, supported by flexible scheduling. 
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, dietitians, and mental-health professionals. 
• Emphasize proactive, long-term care strategies that improve quality of life and support wellness outcomes. 
• Utilize modern digital platforms and systems that streamline administrative tasks and enhance clinical efficiency. 

Qualifications  

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will possess the following qualities: 

• Certification in Internal Medicine (FRCPC or international equivalent).  
• Eligible for, or holding, an independent licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). 
• Strong commitment to preventive and lifestyle medicine, with an interest in longevity-based practice models. 
• Comfort working within a hybrid care model (virtual and in-clinic). 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative clinical mindset. 
• Applications welcome from internationally trained physicians in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Ireland. Support for licensing and relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
